Abstract:

Many board level designs contain repetitive circuits.  This is especially 
true for telecommunications and multiprocessor computer products.  The IS 
Floor planner offers unique capabilities to allow higher-level component 
floor planning than traditional PCB CAD applications, Bernard will describe 
and demonstrate how he utilizes this functionality to simplify and speed 
the layout of repetitive high-speed circuits that form the core of a modern 
high-end multiprocessor signal processing card.
