The Geom Genie can now synthesize a library specification from existing library data and configure the Geom Genie to the decomposed library data. The technology decomposing process is illustrated and demonstrates quickly updating an existing library to a new library specification.

George Opsahl is Library Data Product Marketing in the Mentor Graphics' Library Group. His marketing responsibilities include Symbol Genie, Geom Genie, AXEL related products, BPL-CAD, BPL-Digital Analysis and Custom Parts Services. Previous marketing responsibilities were Zeelan Model Library Marketing. George has a BA Physics, BSEE, MSEE and MBA degrees.
