Colleen Shannon is the Field Marketing Manager for Customer Support. She also has several years’ experience in Licensing Administration and Support Engineering. Colleen has been with Mentor Graphics for 8 years.

Jasjit Singh recently joined Mentor Graphics as a Software Support Engineer, working with Framework products, Design Manager, AMPLE development, and the Common User Interface. Jasjit also has been instrumental in developing the Mentor Graphics Year 2000 Support Program.
