Bio:
Roy Dunn is Technical Marketing Manager for the Physical Verification Business Unit. He
graduated in 1982 in Melbourne Australia and worked for seven years in England as an
analog and high speed digital IC designer for GEC Research Laboratories and Advanced
Microelectronic Systems. He then joined Silicon Compiler Systems in 1989 as an Application
Engineer, covering Northern Europe and continued in that role after Mentor Graphics merged
in 1990. 1992 to 1995 was spent as European Product Manager for the IC layout and
verification tools (and mixed signal IC design). Roy moved to North Carolina in April
1996, adopting the Technical Marketing role for Calibre and xCalibre.
