Bio:
Mr. Mirabella has more than 15 years experience in the computer
industry in sales and marketing management, and has worked on
electronic licensing and technologies for software distribution
since 1989. Prior to joining GLOBEtrotter, he served as executive
vice president at Highland Software, GLOBEtrotter's partner in
developing FLEXlm, an electronic licensing technology used in
over $30 billion of software. He also served as director of
marketing at Sony, Olivetti and General Electric. Mr. Mirabella
has been active in computer industry organizations such as the
SPA, IETF, OpenGroup, LSAPI, Software Forum and UNIX
International. He earned a bachelor's degree in physics from
Cooper Union, completed graduate work in applied physics at
Stanford University and received an MBA from Harvard.
