When defining you first process to implement in WorkXpert, there are many potential pitfalls to avoid. These include defining too large a process, not having the right people involved, and resistance to using the FlowXpert tool. Topics will include: how to spot potential problems, avoiding common traps, steps towards producing a usable flow.
Bio:
Nathan Lipke has worked for Utilitek Systems for the last 2 years. Nathan's
work includes consulting services for Board Station and WorkXpert. He has
written numerous utilities for customers in many languages including: C,
Ample, Perl, and shell scripts. Other projects Nathan worked on include
Utilitek's GeomGen and Qc programs. Nathan graduated from the Rochester
Institute of Technology (RIT) in 1996.
