Bio:
Michiel Ligthart's has 10 years' experience in the area of VLSI design, product development and marketing makes. He came to Exemplar from Escalade (Santa Clara, CA) where he was an engineering manager responsible for product development. Prior to this, he was director of technical marketing for Exemplar's FPGA synthesis products. He also worked at Philips (Sunnyvale, CA) in the VSLI design and CAD group, and was a visiting scholar at Stanford University's Center of Integrated Systems. Michiel holds a MS Electrical Engineering degree from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. He has published over 10 papers on design automation and holds two patents.
