This session will consist of information, hints and tips on how to create useful--Value-Added--workflows using WorkXpert. We will discuss "best practices" in managing a successful workflow rollout from requirements gathering, through pilot and into production. In addition, we will discuss technical "best practices" for writing WorkXpert workflows.

Workflow Technical Best Practices This session is for anyone who is planning on implementing any kind of workflow solution--for both the workflow process/project manager and the workflow implementor.

Bio:
Marty Fouch is a support engineer for Mentor Graphics Customer Support Divison. Marty has 13 years' experience in providing customer support. During his nine-year tenure at Mentor Graphics, he's spent the past two and-a-half years supporting WorkXpert and five years supporting the Falcon Framework (AMPLE, Design Manager and the Common User Interface). In addition to telephone support for WorkXpert and Falcon, Marty has taught customer training classes for WorkXpert and AMPLE. He has a BS degree in Computer Systems Engineering Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology.
